Turning the tables tonight for a ClimbFlow RESTORE FLOW by Tiffany Soi: We work hard, we train hard, but we also need to make room to recover and restore if we want to keep pushing in the bigger journey. Join in for an hour session of releasing and restorative yoga flow to help alleviate stress, physical tension and support a reset in our mind-body space.

Mats are provided by BlocFit but feel free to bring your own if you prefer, or want extra padding on the floor.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance to get yourself signed in and find your spot. This is a barefoot workout!

By participating in class you declare the following:

  2. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga/fitness/exercise classes. You represent and warrant that you are physically fit have no medical condition, which would prevent participation in these activities.

  3. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might be incurred as a result of participating in the activities.

  4. You knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claims against the instructor for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in these programmes.

  5. You are of minimum age 15 to participate. Under 16 year olds can participate under the permission of a legally responsible adult who is ALSO present during the class. The adult takes all responsibility for the health and safety of their junior.
